There has not been, and will not be, any interruption in the 24/7 monitoring services provided by our company. Our service department is still available for your emergency and maintenance needs.
If you require a service call be assured our technicians are fully aware of the COVID-19 health emergency we are all facing. They will follow all protocols for social distancing, wearing masks, hand washing and wiping down surfaces to keep you and themselves safe. If you have a specific concern or requirement please discuss it when you speak with our service department and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If we contact you about a low battery or other trouble our team will do our best to help you over the phone, but if you need a battery or other small item we will waive shipping fees to make sure you have what you need.
Many people are experiencing financial burdens as a result of COVID-19 isolation requirements. We are not charging any late fees through the end of 2020. Please contact us if you have an issue paying your bill and would like to make a payment arrangement. You can also make a payment right here on our website at any time.
