Deadbolts and Locks
Never get locked out of your home with the Safeco Mobile App. Provide access for scheduled or emergency maintenance when you are available, add and delete personal codes, and know when someone enters or leaves your home.
Lighting
Whether you’re at the office or on vacation, check the App to make sure you turned off your lights. Program scenes and schedules to save money and extend bulb life, and randomly schedule your lights for a lived-in look while you’re away. You can even turn them on or off automatically every time you arm or disarm your security system.
Thermostats
Our smart home thermostats can automatically adjust every time you arm or disarm your security system. You can set schedules for energy savings, and receive alerts on your mobile device when settings are changed or if the temperature exceeds a specified range.

In addition to privacy and ambiance, our automated shades can also be used to manage your home’s energy efficiency. Automatically lower them to block out sun and heat during hot periods to cut your cooling costs. Automatically raise them to let in sun during cooler weather. Most importantly, save money by letting in natural light to offset the need for artificial light.
